I've been to Bora Asmara twice and although the ambience is amazing, the food is so-so. I'm not saying the food is bad, but don't expect fantastic food there. It's just a nice place to hang out (oh yeah, they don't serve any alcohol, just cigars).
I would, however, recommend the Chicken Chop, both normal and oriental. They also make good Nasi Goreng and sambal and we also liked the steak sandwich. The second time I went there, the fish for the Fish & Chips was off, so that has turned me completely off the dish. They have a good selection of desserts but the ice shaving machine wasn't working both times we went so we had to make do with just half the dessert menu. The fried bananas with ice-cream is a safe and delicious choice but I'm not too crazy about the coconut jelly.
Overall an OK place, better food and ambience than Rasta TTDI if you're looking for al fresco dining in the TTDI-Damansara-Sungai Penchala area.
